These enabling factors motivate the management areas including organization structures, organization climate, HRD climate, HRD knowledge and skills of managers, HR planning, recruitment and selection, performance and potential appraisal, career planning and development, training, management development, organizational development, social and cultural programs, worker’s participation management (WPM) and quality circles (QC) and other HRD functions. As we noted earlier, these areas are generally focused on acquiring the resources for the growth of the organization and to retain the resources for the making of good individuals, dynamic groups and society. With the emergence of Globalization and Information technology, Artificial Intelligence-loaded Robots and Computers have redefined or restructured the above-mentioned human resource factors. Consequently, people have declined into mere machinery to work for the organization’s productivity. Thus the value-embedded society has terribly lost the value-added productive concept of Human Capital. This has miss-fired the theory of the acquisition of resources and retention of the acquired resources.

The spirit of Globalization and the sprint of Information technology have substantially crippled the biological, intellectual and emotional growth and development of human resources of every nation in the world. The world has been transformed into a museum of programmable human beings. Nations are competing with each other and struggling for their existence and national prosperity. This forward movement has thus become tougher and they have started a backward movement to explore the valuable treasures of the past for additional rejuvenation to ensure the prospects and existence of humanity.
